Bowline Remedial Massage Booking Services Policy 1. Appointment Booking: 1.1 Clients can contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system to schedule a massage appointment with Bowline. Appointments are subject to availability. 2. Service Offerings: 2.1 Our services include Remedial Massage, Dry Needling, and Relaxation Massage with Belle. Sessions are available in 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions. Dry Needling sessions are available for 45-minute sessions. 3. Cancellation Policy: 3.1 We understand that circumstances may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $55 cancellation fee 4. Payment Policy: 4.1 Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept cash and card payments at the appointment. 5. Refund Policy: 5.1 Refunds are not typically provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please speak with your therapist, David or Belle, or contact us directly to discuss your concerns. 6. Safety and Privacy: 6.1 Our therapists adhere to strict safety and privacy protocols. We want you to know that we respect your privacy and ensure confidentiality during all interactions. 7. Special Requests: 7.1 If you have any considerations, such as accessibility requirements, please inform us when booking so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.
