What techniques do you use?
David's Remedial Massage techniques can include Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Trigger Point Therapy.
Do you offer mobile massage services?
David currently provides his expert mobile massage therapy services exclusively for businesses and corporate clients in the Jervis Bay region, south of Currambene Creek. What areas do you service for corporate mobile massage?
David provides corporate mobile massage services throughout the Jervis Bay region including Jervis Bay, St Georges Basin, Vincentia, Huskisson, Tomerong, Erowal Bay, Old Erowal Bay, Basin View and Sanctuary Point to businesses and corporate clients only.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked through the online booking system, or through the links on the Bowline social media pages. It is recommended to schedule your booking in advance to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Do you offer any membership plans or packages?
Recovery memberships, including infrared sauna, ice bath, compression and float, are run by The Anchorage in the same building. Ultimate Recovery members receive the rebook rate on remedial massage.
Can I claim with my health fund?
Bowline isn't registered for health fund rebates, so sessions can't be claimed. The rebook rate does a similar job: rebook within 4 weeks and a 60-minute session is $132 instead of $165, a saving that's often on par with what many health funds pay back. Unlike a health fund rebate, it doesn't run out when you hit an annual limit, so it keeps applying however often you come in.
Can I request specific massage techniques during my session?
At your first initial appointment, David will discuss and tailor your session to meet your specific needs and preferences. Please note that as an intuitive massage therapist, David may be guided to work on certain areas. He will discuss this with you should it come up.
What are the benefits of your massage services?
Bowline's massage services offer a wide range of benefits, including improved flexibility, pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, faster recovery from injuries, stress reduction, and overall relaxation.
How do I pay for my session?
Payment is due at the time of booking. Cash is also accepted at the time of your appointment.
What should I expect during a corporate mobile massage session?
David will arrive at your location with all necessary equipment, including a massage table, linens, and oils/balms. Please provide a quiet, comfortable space for the session. David will set up and ensure you have a relaxing and personalised experience.
