Bowline is a remedial massage clinic in Huskisson, run by David Lunn. David has been a qualified remedial massage therapist since 2015 and has treated everyone from international representative NRL players to people managing long-term pain.

Who comes to Bowline

People with sore backs, necks and shoulders from desk work, trades and driving. Runners, swimmers, surfers and gym-goers recovering from training or carrying a niggle. People managing ongoing pain who want hands-on treatment and practical advice to go with it.

How a session works

Every appointment starts with a short conversation about what's going on: your work, your training, and where it hurts. David then uses the remedial techniques that suit you, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and PNF stretching, and checks pressure with you throughout. You leave knowing what was worked on and what to do before your next visit.
