THE ANCHORAGE is the home of sports recovery, health and wellness services provided by Bowline.
THE ANCHORAGE is a space designed for restoration and reconnection. A place where stillness meets recovery through float therapy, ice baths, saunas, recovery equipment and guided treatments that support both body and mind.
Whether you come to release tension, or reset your nervous system, THE ANCHORAGE offers a calm place to return to yourself.
Recovery services include:

Barrel Sauna (includes use of ice bath-40 mins)
Please note: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation and rescheduling.
Group booking?
Group bookings require a minimum of 4 people.

Invoice must be paid prior to booking.
