Ice Bath

Ice baths are a form of cold water therapy used to support recovery, regulate the nervous system and build resilience. Commonly used by athletes and individuals looking to reduce muscle soreness, support circulation and improve overall wellbeing, ice baths work by exposing the body to short periods of cold immersion. Often paired with heat-based therapies such as infrared sauna, cold therapy can help the body recover, reset and return to balance.

Barrel Sauna

A barrel sauna is a specialised outdoor sauna designed with a unique cylindrical shape that promotes efficient heat circulation and a comfortable sauna experience. During a session, the elevated heat encourages sweating and increases circulation, helping the body relax and recover. Regular sauna use may support overall wellbeing by reducing stress, easing muscle tension, promoting relaxation, improving sleep quality, and creating a sense of physical and mental rejuvenation.

Float Therapy

Float therapy offers complete sensory stillness. By suspending your body in warm, magnesium rich water, muscles and joints decompress while the nervous system shifts into a state of total relaxation.
